I am informed by my staff that your company provided an exceptional service to our company recently and take your blog site for the opportunity to personally thank you

 

The assistance given when the recent demise of Comair Rotron became apparent was exceptional

 

We required a quantity of the series Patriot DC Fans that were no longer available and we were unable to locate these within the Comair Rotron Distribution network .

 

If we hadn’t contacted Aerco’s Fan department this would have been a major problem as the equipment that these fans were to be used had to be completed and despatched within two months and time did not allow for a major re-design of the cooling system.

 

Your company was able to supply an alternative fan and due to your expertise were able to offer a direct equivalent fan, in function, form and fit from the Delta range of fans.

 

The Delta range of this size model offered a wider and increased performance thus we were able to use the model suggested by your fan product specialist.

In fact because the model Aerco recommended exceeded  the quality and performance of the Comair Rotron fan it improved the cooling efficiency of our unit which in turn gave our unit an increased performance efficiency.

 

True to Aerco’s promise the goods were delivered on time and we in turn met our delivery schedule.

 

We are now adopting a programme of using the experience gained from this exercise to request high quality reliable AC and DC fans in all of our existing manufacturing and also for new projects. The Aerco comprehensive range of AC and DC fans and Accessories, together with sound technical back up  we now know is available, makes us confident we can find suitable alternatives that will improve the cooling performances and reliability of the fans we use at beneficial costs.
