Keeping track of deliverables
It would be nice to feel that once you have placed a purchase order you could forget about it until the goods arrive - on time. This is truly Aerco’s aim, but we also know that with many lines on order covering many required rates our customers need an easy-to-use and efficient means of keeping up to date with the situation for each line.
Aerco’s web site is one means for this. Register on our site and you can log in to list the status of all your orders.
Alternatively, ask Aerco’s Customer Service team to send you a regular update of the status. We compile a spreadsheet weekly and email to you all outstanding lines, whether the stock is allocated or on back order, and our latest delivery date forecast.
